OMG!!!!! fasted 20 hours, tons of water and ran yesterday. gotta stay under 150 and keep dropping, just my back and belly with flab now
149.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
