Week 3 Cruise to Lose!

Well my agenda got all blown yesterday. Ah well, I still got my exercise in, but I ate too little and had appointments cancel. Ate too little because I was running and basically skipped lunch and all snacking. I suppose that's okay once in awhile but I really don't want to make THAT a habit, because I certainly don't want my body feeling starved!
Wii Fit, another 30mins free-step and 16 minutes of Balance Games warm-up.
Old Man Scale: Still up 2lbs this morning, so I am recording it. I did not drink enough water yesterday to flush out Saturday's salt. Going to drink LOTS today. It is always harder for me on the week-ends. Just as I eat more at work, I also drink a LOT more water. It's the structured day and I have my trusty water bottle that I fill 3-4 times so I always get enough water. When I am running around on the week-ends I forget to drink :(

Floor Goal: 250 Done, D-done, Done, Done!!! 13lbs down from the beginning of the challenge, 17 down from when I first started watching in August. Mid-range: 245 Turkey Day I am coming for you! 18 from beginning of the challenge. 21.5 from when I first started and 1 from now. Goal date Nov. 1st (or sooner, if I want to make the ceiling goal too!) Ceiling goal: 235 by the 30th of November. This is a bit of a stretch, but that is what a ceiling goal is all about. :) 28 from challenge start, 11 from now and 31.5 from when I first started watching. (I can feel this with my finger tips if I just r...e...a...c...h! Less of a stretch now. *tries to touch it with her fingernails*) Christmas Challenge Goal:230 by December 25th!! 36.5 from when I first started watching. (I have got a plan for the holidays! For once in my life I will NOT gain weight, I will LOSE!!!)

OCC Week # 4 OCC LBS Lost: 9lb (total not just this week) Net Carb Goal: 160 Mon: less than 30NC, 3+c Vs Tues: 97NC, 4c Vs Wed: 165.33NC (though the chili seemed high), 3+Vs Thurs: 126.91NC, 2Vs Fri: 94.76NC, 3Vs Sat: 106.41NC, 3Vs Sun: 44.71NC, 3Vs (no not Atkins, just too little food in general ;) Exercise goal: 200+/200 (looks like I need another 10 mins later today.) Mon: none Tues:Wii 40mins (15 balance, 25 aerobic) Wed: 10MIN WALK @ LUNCH, 35 min Wii (30 mins free step, 5 mins balance) Thurs: Yoga 60mins Fri: none Sat: 45 mins Wii (15 - balance, 30 - free step) Sun: 46 mins Wii (16 balance, 30 free step) + walking fast @ Costco....we always go fast when my husband and I go together, he get's impatient heheh. Also broke down a TON of boxes working on the garage some yesterday, my are even slightly sore!
