don't know why but last night I ate everything I could get my hands on until about 7pm. been eating horribly, this stops now! work has been nuts I have a head cold and haven't been working out l Iike should even with otf closed
155.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
