I need to let everyone that I hadn't weighed when I first started this. The 185 lbs I weighed at the Doctors office on February 7, 2013. Since I started I have bought a scale and weighed myself, I also went to the Doctor yesterday and I weighed 164 there and I weighed that this morning on my scale. I can't exercise for two weeks while I wait for an injury to heal. I will walk for exercise right now.
