More than happy with my weight loss, but that is probably due to bloating from all the drinking my wife and I were doing. So I think it’ll slow right down from here on in. We feel better for not drinking for sure this week and intend to carry on along those lines. It of course also stops you getting the munchies and eating even more than you would do normally.’
