The scale is going down! Finally. I'm impressed with how easy intermittent fasting has been. I am hungry in the morning occasionally, but I feel like it's getting easier to push through until 11:00. I feel really good when I work out in the morning and my body is definitely feeling lighter. I hope that I can keep this up and keep watching the scale move the right way!
178.4 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You can keep at this. I love working out in the mornings also. I'm liking IF. Some mornings, I'm good til noon, others I'm was ravenous by 9-10. If I get that way, I eat. Good luck

Thanks for the words of support! I was worried about IF and my workout schedule, but it's been two weeks and I haven't had any major setbacks.
