Day one of whole 30.. Should technically be day 2, but I had an Emergen-C pack yesterday which contained sugar. Today I will eat egg's and guac for breakfast, turkey and veggies for lunch and fish with veggies for dinner. I have a really bad headache, but hoping that lots of water will do the trick. Feeling motivated and committed.
