Well, I'm up, like I said previously, but I came back down to 268, which is okay to me, considering I had KFC last night AND indulged in a biscuit and all the other non-good-carb side dishes.. And it was GOOD. I'm surprised I didn't get sick because of all the bad fat and grease, but I am retaining water this morning.
I'm hoping to get some sort of workout in today, considering, I was standing and on my feet alot of yesterday, except when I had to read policies and eat my lunch.
I'm okay with the weight gain... Because it won't be a "gain" much longer. Hopefully, by next week, I can be at 265. I'll push for the little smidgen of a goal.

Oh my! lol Please be careful... I don't want to make you feel bad, but I have to tell you what happened to me once. Before I started fs, I had one of the KFC "bowls". It's basically PURE FAT. Needless to say, I had some other medical issues going on, but I ended up in the ER from the extreme stomach pain I was in and the bowl, probably contributed to setting it all off. I will NEVER eat KFC again. If I had to, it'd only be a grilled breast, period. Don't get me wrong, I think it's quite tasty, too... but not worth the pain. (not to mention, I knew ppl that worked there, and well, lets just say.... eeewwww!! lol) I'm sure with lots of water and some moving and good eating today that you'll be down again in NO time! =D Rock it up sista!

There's quite a few people I know that have had reactions (gastrointestinal) to KFC's food. Most of the time, I'll stick to the sides... and a biscuit. Mostly, I just try to avoid them at all costs, but my mom loves junk. She's so stubborn. Anyway, I've had lots of water so far, and went on a 2 miler today.. so maybe it'll help some. I've GOT to get some salad in the house.

you can do it girl, you'll be down in no time, keep pushing the water, and maybe try to get some walking in if you're not up for "pumping ze iron". lol, hope all is well, you're doing good!
