I dont know when to stop. My butt muscles are sore, is this normal?
200.0 lb Lost so far: 33.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think I lost weight too fast but, it went away just plateauing right now. I've lost everything without truly exercising. I have a very active work. And I never starve. Just put the right calorie food in my body .
