I had to work this weekend and my mom and i managed to walk 2 miles one of my off days. Tomorrow I have to try on dresses for my friends wedding. After my goal is reached by thanksgiving I will set another goal for myself.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
