It's been a difficult 2 weeks. Had hoped to have shed even half a pound but instead, my weights gone up.
Heading to the gym this week with a friend to do Body Combat. Scared out of my tiny mind. Hope I can of benefit to her. She's lost loads of weight.

189.8 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 49.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
