love this number but got sick yesterday after otf class so isn't true weight. fasted 21 hours because didn't feel like eating, barely had 600 calories yesterday. sure it will go up some
155.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
