Dropped to 155-working out daily. 90 mins cardio+weights. Adding protein. I suspect the weight gain is muscle. Definition is coming in. Stay Strong
159.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
