After two days of carb bingeing on almost anything chocolate in sheer frustration at a different life matter, I reined in. I actually gained a kilogram from that fall-out so an overall loss of 1.2kg in five days is not too shabby. It may look miniscule, this 86.3kg to 86.1kg, but I know what it really represents. :-)
189.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
