Will start cutting calories again by about a 1,000 a day for the month of February. Need to lose some more fat. Will increase protein intake to about 200g a day. Low carbs (under 100).
164.0 lb Lost so far: 76.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
