Day 40 (Week 6): 10 TO 30 POUNDS BY November OR BUST
Good morning all you wonderful, health-minded, lovely FS peoples!
I would probably bounce this morning except I am sore all over. In a good way but yowzer! (still true weeee....elliptical kicked my butt yesterday!)
As sore as I am, I plan on only doing my minimum 10 mins of balance games on the Wii Fit tonight.
Old Man Scale was ajust odd this morning. I got a lot of different readings but the last one was holding steady at my low of 249.5 and since i so desperately want to stay in the 240s I will take it, LOL It does not normally vary quite that much :)

Floor Goal: 250 Done, D-done, Done, Done!!! 13lbs down from the beginning of the challenge, 17 down from when I first started watching in August. Mid-range: 245 Weigh in at 245 for Thanksgiving with my folks, which is 18lbs from the beginning of the challenge. 21.5 from when I first started and 4.5 from now. The goal date is now officially Nov. 1st Ceiling goal: 235 by the 30th of November. If my averages keep up, this should be no problem. It is a bit of a stretch, but that is what a ceiling goal is all about. :) 28 from challenge start, 15.5 from now and 31.5 from when I first started watching. Christmas Challenge Goal:230 by December 25th!! 36.5 from when I first started watching.
1st things first 245 then 240 then on down, down down!
