Your natural weight can fluctuate by as much as 3-5 pounds a day. It can be water from excess salt, food in the intestines, your muscles retaining water to help them heal after strenuous exercise, or even TOM. Don't get to worked up over it. It will most likely be gone again tomorrow. But that being said, I COMPLETELY understand. I've been stalled since Aug 14.

When you start working out, your muscles hold onto water and you (at least I) tend to gain weight when I started working out, don't worry though, it will come back off.

Yes, I agree it is water, we carry about 4 lbs of water, and when TOM comes it adds another 2-5 lbs of water retention. If you can, look back through my journals, there was a link I posted that I got from someone else, around sept 1, that tells about how when we lose fat, our fat cells suck up water as a defence mechanism and hold it, until it is finally released, which is a whoosh, and drop in weight.

Also in looking at your diet you aren't getting enough veggies in. Need 12-15 carbs from your veggies.
