Things calming down at work. Start ups take a LOT of time and energy! Getting way more regular on walking again. I shoot for 50-75 miles a month, depending on work and weather. Since going back to days I am meeting or exceeding that. I estimate that in two months I walked more than I did in 7 months on my suck ass night shift. Still about 10 pounds above where I want to be, but 20 down from where I was. Always conscious of what I am eating. Not quite as vigilant as I was in the beginning, but I am generally making good choices, fitting into my "new" clothes and am a pretty healthy 46 year old. Always room for improvement, but we strive for progress, not perfection!
