Weight is the same as my last recording. Had a busy weekend and ate a home a lot which is helpful. Going to try to IF until 11 today and reset myself after last weeks bad habits. When we have a lot of meetings & overtime at work, they tend to feed us. Which is a nice gesture, but really makes it hard to be healthy!
209.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
