Weekend done and Dusted! Bowl of Ice cream, and 80g of lays chips with a fizzer or 2 and 2 marshmallow fish were the cheats for the day, but kept my water at 4.2 liters so all is good. Now back to strong disciplines during the week. Shed 4.4kgs last week. Lets see what this week holds.
