no drop yet. I find it's about every 3ed or 4th day that my diligence shows on the scale
254.4 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Does your scale just show lbs or lbs and oz? Some days I just go down a few oz so if my scale just showed kB it would take a few days to show up.
