I generally fail at life, that's the message I'm telling myself right now.
236.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 97.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

If you think fail, you will fail. Try real hard to get up every morning, look in the mirror and say something positive about yourself. It can be your hair, your eyes, you teeth. Anything to make you feel better about yourself. If you stay with it, you'll start feeling better about yourself. Failing is for the lack of trying. I have a long ways to go myself but I am going to do it because I finally want it bad enough. Hang in there.

I know, but it's hard to stay motivate and positive when I don't feel like there is anything to praise right now. I've got horrible self-esteem (hatred, whatever you want to call it). I know I need to fix it but I don't know where to start.
