I've been working out tons, which is good because one of my goals this year is to compete in an Olympic triathlon this summer. But each weekend, I fall off the wagon, food-wise and eat too much!
180.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
