I am so psyched! 5.5 lbs in two weeks! Weighing less often is definitely better and provides better results. I hope no one will weigh daily.
Everything has been going great. I'm working on developing an exercise regimen and joining a gym. Living in an upper floor apartment in the city doesn't allow me to do cardio, which is why I definitely need a gym.
I'm still enjoying my food plan. I don't miss potatoes or sweets. I don't like bread, so that helps. According to my current weight loss, I should increase my daily carb limit by five. But I so much love losing more weight. I'll have to figure out what I'm going do.
