My weight loss secret...if I don’t like what I see on the scale, I go back to bed and get back in it. Repeat process till you see the right number. I’m now only out of bed 3 hours a day, but hey... it’s working!
Just kidding everyone, this is not a viable form of weight loss, and you might get fired, lol!
On a serious note, I’m happy with my results and my willpower over the weekend. This forum has been a great help! I love getting meal ideas and reading tips from other members. This community is very helpful to me. Also, since I’ve gone public, the accountability is definitely there for me!
