don't even want to know weight but some goals are to do minimal yoga regularly, activate abs when i think of it, stand more upright instead of sideways or leaning, better sitting posture, flossing daily, bruising teeth before bed & then not eating anymore for teeth's sake.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
