Stayed at the same weight, had a meal out with a friend, and didn't start the week overly well. Gas got shut off due to a leak, no heat or hot water, couldn't shower before work so exercise where I get hot and sweaty before work was out. Everything back to normal now, routine back in place, all is well 😊
