Happy New Year, It’s me again same ole, same ole.......ashamed to come back, but fat secret is my friend always lets me come back and do over......making all the same promises......Sure plan on reaching my goals..giving up diet dr. Pepper....drinking more water...more exercise...l have anew e-mail and don’t know how to changed it...the whole format has changed since I joined FatSecret for the first time.
