I feel soo good that i lost 2lbs since friday and it is only sunday. I have alot more to go but it feels good to know my hard work is paying off. When i started my diet i was 212 and in 10 days i am now 201 i fel good.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
