Hi DistantMidget, well done for weighing in, now you need to stop thinking you are not the right sort of person to be thin because you are that person along with anyone else who thinks there not! I’m now following you and will support you to reach your goal. The last post you said you have been drinking a lot of beer and tequila because it’s really cheap in Algorfa, Murcia, Spain, is this still the case? If it is, start by reducing the amount you drink and controlling the number of calories you are eating. By doing this Week by week the weight will drop and you will become fitter and healthier making you feel happier. You can do it! I will help you along the way to keep you motivated and I’m sure other FS family will do too. 🙂
