No Dinner yesterday evening...I forgot to eat. Traveled about 1hr 45min last pm to get to my home...been working in a different city all week and have been in a hotel...not getting enough sleep! Got in very late last nite. Drank a lotta H2O. Drank some wine. Weighed in early this AM. 3hrs sleep. My point? Gotta get some SLEEP...effective sleep to lose weight!
