I started this new diet last week wensday, n my weight was 212, one week later i am 205. i am taking diet pills that is curving my appetite and I am really siked about it. I go to this weight loss medical center in my neighborhood, and every 2 weeks they do a weigh in. So hopefully by next tuesday i will be under 200lbs.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
