Mentally struggling! Just doesn’t seem Christmas in my life. No family get together etc. 🥺My leg is starting to heal but back bothering me. Hitting chiropractor tomorrow. Only day he is open until first of the year. It’s probably my scoliosis. I am on my exercise bike right now so #winning. I am thinking about getting Les Mills on demand to add new cardio. Amping up the water! Working to stay strong around the treats. V
