What do you do with a husband who eats at night an just doesn’t care about weight an if you don’t want to eat with them at night an I’m afraid 😱 to gain weight an it’s stressing me because I could be doing so much better but he keeps bringing in donuts and cakes an junk an eating platters of food at night? Help???
194.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
