Been on a bit of a break but still tracking for the last month, been lucky that the scale hasn't really moved. Calling it "resetting my metabolism" after dropping quite a bit of weight these last few months but it's really just an excuse for the lack of exercise and tons of food that comes with the holidays. Once Christmas has passed it will be time to get back to better habits again.
227.0 lb Lost so far: 68.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
