I normally weigh in every two weeks on Sunday mornings. Last Saturday I ate a small to modest breakfast and lunch. Sunday evening I took my wife out to dinner and had a very large meal. Naturally, I weighed more than usual for my Sunday morning weigh in. Just recording my weight the past two days to show I'm back to normal.
