not as much water yesterday and kids had me up all night, both slept in the bed with me. also made taco salad bowl for dinner lot of sodium and lifted super heavy yesterday
164.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
