Well here is the damage for doing my own thing.
It does not work for me, lol.
Back to weighing all food and logging everything that I stuff into my pie hole.
224.7 lb Lost so far: 38.7 lb.    Still to go: 19.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
