Had a decent week survived the beach. Had a butter pecan ice cream cone" 2 Scoops" nibbling on candy corns the whole time. 25 lb. to meet my second goal. HAVE 6 TOTAL GOALS TO MEET.
325.0 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb.    Still to go: 126.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
