sigh. back on the grind. start weight was 380. will I EVER get there? after 6 or so weeks I plateau and get stuck. being almost 54, post hysterectomy and PCOS/endometriosis, HRT Max dose daily for years....I'm still about 130 lbs down, and don't wear 5x shirts and the fattest elastic pants I could find. comfortable in 16's and 2x, I need 14's and I'll be content at 199.9.....fiance found out my weight during ER visit this weekend and now I am totally shamed.....my expectations are high and I can't seem to get that triple chinned image from my head...and I didn't sit and pig out for the last 2-3 months. I ate like a normal person. that's the sad part. I lost the majority of my weight by starving. literally. only 7 bites of food and then no more until I was dry heaving from emptiness. and I never stopped moving. sigh. onwards and upwards. being fat is hard. dieting is hard. choose your hard and don't whine about it, right?
255.5 lb Lost so far: 48.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
