It was very motivating this morning to step on the scale and to see that the number had gone down! Plus, I put on a pair of jeans that had been tighter in the waist, and they aren't as tight! It really encourage me to stick with the program!
179.0 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
