I see the weight today and yeah, I groaned & moaned but heck, I've been overeating constantly, so not a surprise. I ate lots of samples at the art market yesterday, I polished off the Halloween candy & had popcorn. I also walked ALOT (my friend's fitbit said it was over 6,000 steps while we were together), shopping, going out for lunch & viewing the Field of Crosses (Remembrance Day memorial) and I was so proud to feel a bit normal! I smile as I remember being today's weight 10 years ago; and the battle I had 14 years ago with my weight moving between 280-270. I am not giving myself a pass today; I am just being realistic. Junk, high sodium & overeating = weight gain = No Surprise! I choose to feel proud of me today because I will do this! I AM doing this! In the big picture, I am moving into new lower weight territories my body hasn't felt in decades. I am more focused on my health than I have been in decades (maybe not a great focus past 2 months but the awareness is always there). It will just take a bit of time, so today I choose to feel HAPPY. Wishing everyone a happy weekend & love yourself right where you are today! :)
