Went plant based nutrition starting November 1, 2019. I am happy with my physique but wanted better energy levels as i usually take a power nap mid day and get run down by days end. keeping my same macronutrient mix as prior nutrition plan with meat. This is strictly a personal case study for physique and performance, not for ethical or environmental reasons.

Interesting, I was vegan for almost 3 years straight and raw vegan for a whole year of that. It is an interesting experiment.
Wish you all the best.

Peanuts my plant based is over, lasted about 6 weeks and went really well, i wasnt concerned with dropping weight moreso with performance and overall feel. i slept great and felt great, same calories and macronutrients as non plant based but somehow dropped 6 lb during my trial. i believe it was because i felt so great that i was more active than normal
