Eating some veg. Three sweet potatoes yesterday, minced beef, three swigs of cod liver oil (I stopped taking it for ages), some pork scratchings, 4 fried eggs. Admittedly I had the last of the sweet potatoes at 4am as I couldn't sleep. I was up most of the night which I know doesn't help. This is a depressing weight gain though :-( I did have more energy for my exercises however, which is why I was taking the veg.
