so Ive been eating entirely too much food. I have to make my more portions a lot small. I have been doing a drastic change in my diet. Im going to incorporate some more carbs into my diet because, eating low-carb/keto is just making me gain weight and I dont want to do that. ughh!
167.8 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
