semangt bngt pengen bngt mencapai angka 50 kg, smpe lebaran tahun depan nnt... bsa gk y,,, pengen bngt ngerasain bb kyak dlu lg, dmn tepat nya 5 tahun llu sblm ad anak 2,3,n ke 4...stelah punya ank yg ke 4, ak ngerasain bngt bb smpe 106 kg dibulan juni llu, tpi alhamdulillah stelah ak ingin konsisiten dengn diet in,,, mulai diet bln agustus tgl 22,brt bb ku udh 94,,,semangat lg n konsisiten buat mencapai angka 50 kg.. semangattttt
207.2 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 102.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
