Not too bad after a summer at the lake and eating what and when we wanted! Now we are back home and today is the beginning of the next stretch of my life. I am going to do my absolute best to keep up at this since I did not gain all the weight back over the summer, I am STILL 6 pounds less than I was this time last year, so I will take that little win and be proud of it!
270.6 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 45.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
