I'm starting to wonder what the issue is here. I'm not overeating, I'm still exercising, there isn't a reason for this rapid gain. Just have to keep pushing, I suppose.
185.5 lb Lost so far: 32.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 9.1 lb a week
