😪😪I did not make good food choices last week. This journey is hard because I have a bad relationship with food. Some weeks I feel great and motivated and some weeks I feel so down therefore I turn to food for comfort. I'm taking it one day at a time.
277.1 lb Lost so far: 78.7 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
