This week was interesting. Celebrated my moms 59th birthday on Sunday and I fell all the way off the wagon. I initially planned to have 1 slice of cake in addition to the other party foods but had 3. Oh well, I got back to business on Monday and stuck with it the entire week. My weight loss is encouraging because it shows that I can have an occasional day off and still meet my goals. Happy Saturday FS family😊
251.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 96.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
